At The Rage Communication (TRC) and our software division TRC Labs, we
are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard the
personal and financial information you provide during installment agreements or web development
projects.
1. Information We Collect
To process installment plans and ensure legal security, we collect the following specific data:
- Personal Identity: Name, Father/Husband Name, CNIC Number, and current Residential
Address.
- Biometric Data: Thumb impressions (Angutha) on the Hire Purchase Agreement.
- Financial Security: Cheque details (Account Title, Cheque Number) for liability
discharge.
- Guarantor Information: Name, CNIC, and Address of your Guarantor (Zamanati).
- Digital Assets (TRC Labs): Login credentials, content, and business details
required for website/app deployment.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for business operations and legal verification:
- Verification: To verify your identity and creditworthiness before approving an
installment plan.
- Recovery Operations: To contact you or your Guarantor via phone or home visits in
the event of late payments or default.
- Legal Processing: To maintain a record of the "Amanat" (Trust) product and process
legal claims if terms are violated.
- Service Delivery: To register domains and set up hosting accounts for TRC Labs
clients.
3. Data Sharing & Legal Disclosure
We strictly do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, information may be disclosed in the
following circumstances:
Legal Action: In case of default (non-payment of 2 installments) or cheque dishonor,
your data, including the Agreement and Cheques, will be shared with the Police and Legal
Authorities to file an FIR (under PPC 489-F or Breach of Trust).
For TRC Labs clients, necessary data is shared with domain registrars (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy) to
secure your website ownership.
4. Data Security
We treat your physical documents (Signed Agreements, Cheques, CNIC copies) as sensitive assets. They are
stored in secure physical files at our Jandraka office. Digital data is protected with standard
encryption where applicable.
