By accessing our website and purchasing products (Mobiles, Electronics) or services (TRC Labs Web/App Development), you agree to the following terms. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("The Customer") and The Rage Communication ("TRC").
1. Hire Purchase Agreement (Installments)
Our installment plans are governed by a strict Hire Purchase Agreement under the following conditions:
Ownership & Trust (Amanat)
- Nature of Agreement: This is a "Hire Purchase" agreement. The product remains the sole property of TRC until the total agreed price is fully paid.
- Customer Status: Until full payment is made, the customer is considered a "User" only and does not hold ownership rights.
- Asset Trust: The product is entrusted to the customer as an "Amanat" (Trust). Failure to return the product upon default will be treated as "Criminal Breach of Trust" (Khayanat-e-Mujrimana) and the paid amount will be forfeited.
Payments & Default Cancellation
- Strict Cancellation Policy: If a customer fails to pay two consecutive installments, the installment facility will be immediately cancelled. The customer will be liable to pay the remaining balance in full immediately.
- Recovery Rights: In case of non-payment, TRC representatives reserve the full right to contact the customer or guarantor via phone, or visit their home/office for recovery purposes.
- Asset Repossession: Upon default, the customer must immediately return the product to TRC. Failure to do so allows TRC to take legal action to repossess the item.
Cheques & Legal Liability (PPC 489-F)
Warning: Any cheques provided are for the "Discharge of Liability".
- Dishonor Consequences: If a cheque bounces, TRC is authorized to file an FIR under PPC 489-F (Dishonesty/Check Dishonor), and the customer accepts full responsibility for criminal prosecution.
- Legal Costs: In the event of court proceedings, the customer is liable to pay all legal fees, lawyer fees, and associated court costs.
2. Guarantor Responsibilities
The Guarantor (Zamanati) is equally liable under this agreement:
- Full Liability: The guarantor provides a full personal guarantee. If the customer fails to pay any installment, the guarantor is personally responsible for paying the entire outstanding balance.
- Right to Demand: TRC reserves the right to demand payment directly from the guarantor in the event of customer default.
3. Product Warranty & PTA Policy
PTA Status (Mobile Phones)
Notice: The PTA Approved status is verified at the time of purchase.
- Post-Purchase Issues: If a mobile phone subsequently becomes Non-PTA, blocks signals, or gets blocked, TRC is not responsible. The customer must resolve such issues directly with the PTA.
Hardware Warranty
- Official Warranty: New items come with official company warranties where applicable. Claims are handled by the respective company.
- Display/Burn Damage: There is absolutely NO WARRANTY for screen/panel displays or burning/electrical damage for both Laptops and Mobiles.
- Used Items: Sold on a "Check Warranty" basis only. Customers must inspect the device thoroughly before leaving the counter.
4. TRC Labs Web Development Services
- Standard Package: PKR 12,000 Intro Website includes 2 Years Domain & Hosting, SSL Certificate, and a Static Single-page or Multi-page intro site.
- Content Responsibility: The client must provide all text and images. TRC Labs assumes no liability for copyright infringements in client-supplied content.
- Scope Limitations: Packages exclude dynamic databases, e-commerce features, or admin panels unless explicitly stated in a custom quote.
- Refunds: Development fees are non-refundable once the domain name has been registered.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Electronics: Items sold on installments cannot be returned or exchanged once the box is opened or the seal is broken.
- Software Services: No refunds are issued for web/app development services after the initial setup is complete.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the laws of Pakistan and the specific jurisdiction of Okara.
